Kiwanis Vulcan Trail opened to the public on March 20, 2018. Since that time, the trail has had at least 7,700 visitors according to our trail counter! Residents, tourists, families, wheelchair users, runners, and others have taken advantage of this fabulous new trail, despite a rainy spring. We can’t wait to see the visitor number continue to grow this summer.
June 16: Too Hot To Hike
We need your help to create more places like Kiwanis Vulcan Trail! On Saturday, June 16, join us for Too Hot To Hike: A Beer & Bus Tour of the Red Rock Trail System. We will visit four Birmingham trails while staying cool, enjoying a beverage, and raising support for future trails. Too Hot tickets are $50 and include two drinks. We would love to see you there.
