Libba Vaughan leaving the Freshwater Land Trust

  • Libba Vaughan

Libba Vaughan is leaving the Freshwater Land Trust. She will be joining Leadership Birmingham as their new executive director.

“Although we are sad that Libba is leaving the Freshwater Land Trust, we are grateful for her leadership that has positioned this organization for even greater success in the future,” says Robin Wade, chairman of the Freshwater Land Trust board of directors. “We are proud of what she and our terrific staff have accomplished together during her tenure, and I am glad she will still be working alongside us to make Greater Birmingham an even better place to live.”

An executive director search will launch next week, and details of that search, the job description, and the application process will be posted at freshwaterlandtrust.org. Vaughan’s last day with the FreshwaterLand Trust is August 17.

Questions about the search can be directed to Robin Wade at admin@freshwaterlandtrust.org.
