We are proud to announce our new Adopt-a-Trail partnership with Treeline Expeditions, an eco tour guide service that leads outdoor adventures for teens, adults, and families.

Bill Andrews, director and owner of Treeline Expeditions, says the crew decided to adopt a trail because they wanted to give back to the environment and to the community.
“Being a very small business, we are not able to give monetarily to the many great organizations around the state on a regular basis,” Andrews said. “After hearing about the program, I felt this would be a great way for the Treeline family to become involved and give back with some sweat equity and time.”

Treeline Expeditions has adopted 1 mile of the Kiwanis Vulcan Trail, beginning at Vulcan Park & Museum.

“I feel that this stretch of trail is a vital piece to the Red Rock Trail System because of its proximity to our city’s iconic symbol of Vulcan,” said Andrews. “This attraction brings in both residents and visitors who are likely to venture out on this trail.”

The group’s first workday was on July 8. The team focused on removing trash and planning their next workday.

“Hopefully the work we put in over time is a positive reflection of the trail system and our city,” said Andrews.
Thank you, Treeline Expeditions!
